Our schedule changes weekly to adjust with the weather, and sunset times. You do not have to sign up in advance, just come as you are! Each class is donation based with a suggested donation of between ($10-$20) or whatever feels right for you. Venmo or cash will be accepted at the time of class. If you are unable to donate we hope you still feel called to join and maybe pay it forward at the next class.

A reminder that all classes will be held outdoors so please check our instagram @ sunandsol_yoga, or our facebook page for cancellations.

Please bring a mat, water, bug spray, and whatever else you need to feel

comfortable.
